There are a total of 591.45 FSA cropland acres which includes 190.46 of CRP expiring 9/30/2022. The balance of the cropland acres will be available to farm next spring.

*The farmstead will be surveyed out of Section 13 at the seller’s expense after the auction.
*The 2021 real estate taxes will be paid by the seller.
*The 2022 real estate taxes will be the buyer’s responsibility.
*Property will be sold free of a cash rent contract for 2022.
*Sellers will retain 100% of the owned subsurface minerals.
*CRP contracts will be assigned to the buyer(s) at close.
